In-Depth Studies: Perspectives on Kundalini – History, Meaning & Practices

Join us for the first session of our Kundalini In-Depth Studies & Teacher Training Program! 

Attend the morning practice from 9:30 – 11:00AM. Then, beginning at 11:00AM, learn more about the history, philosophy, lineages, and practices of Kundalini – and most importantly, why we practice. The late-day session for this day will focus on developing both your intuitive and practical vision.


This program is modular, and designed for those interested in developing personal practice and knowledge, as well as for those pursuing Teacher Training, as approved by Yoga Alliance for the RYT 200 credential, the primary qualification for professional yoga teachers. A day-long intensive will be held approximately once a month and divided into 3 sections:

* 9:30 – 11:00 AM Morning yoga and meditation practice;
* 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM Lecture, discussion, and more focused on topics such as philosophy, history, understanding and experiences of the practices at a deeper level;
* 3:00 – 5:30 PM Technique development and refinement of personal practice, plus anatomy, ethics, teaching skills, and other topics.
