Strengthen your spirit and your practice in darkness, and greet the sunrise with new light!
Enjoy an early morning Kundalini Yoga & Meditation practice known as the Aquarian Sadhana. This joyful experience includes gentle, enlivening exercises to awaken you, silent reflection, and 62 minutes of uplifting, guided mantra meditation to develop awareness and intention.
Deeply relax, meditate, and experience the sunrise with a whole new appreciation as we move into the energy of higher consciousness together.
Weather permitting (Spring through Fall seasons), we will practice under the sky and against the ground in the great outdoors. Please come prepared with a waterproof mat underneath your meditation pad, and by dressing in layers.
